Chairman of the Board of Asthma Foundation of West Kalimantan Indonesia Region, Dr. Hj Bariah Muchtar said asthma deserves attention from all communities. Because the disease is on the sixth of 10 disease causes of death in Indonesia.

But according to him, asthma can be reduced with regular controls, taking medication properly, exercise properly and implement healthy living and keeping clean the air in homes. “With gymnastics, can help cure people with asthma because it can strengthen the respiratory muscles and ease breathing,” he said.
