Lycopene, Prevent Chronic Diseases
Chronic diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disease, is the leading cause of death in developing countries. Genetic factors, lifestyle, and diet should also be considered as an important risk factor causing the disease. For example, approximately 50% of all cancers are caused by the way
eating the wrong.
Oxidative cell damage is also thought to have held the role of the
cause of these diseases. How to cope? Consuming foods that contain antioxidants alleged experts can overcome, at least, reduce the risk of the disease.
