If your baby is suffering from food allergies, do not panic because maybe it’s not your fault. Many parents who believe their baby suffer allergies from cow’s milk but in fact not. Baby who have traits fussy, vomiting, frequent crying, often regarded as characteristics of cow’s milk allergy, whereas a normal child and not an allergy.

Here are the steps that can help avoid the risk of infant food allergies:
1. Give Your Baby Breastmilk
If possible, give exclusive breastfeeding for 4-6 months. Because breast milk can protect your baby from food allergies.
2. Do not Give Solid Foods Too Early
We recommend waiting until 6 months before giving your baby solid foods.
3. Avoid Foods That Commonly Cause Allergies.
Do not give cow’s milk to your baby until he’s first birthday. Give the egg when he was 2 years old. Do not give nuts or fish until the age of 3 years.
4. Keep Food During Pregnancy
Avoid foods that cause allergies during your pregnancy. Try to avoid the consumption of nuts, especially if you have a history of allergy in the family.
5. Do not Mutually Baby Milk
There was no significant difference in infant formula-fed (bottle) with hypoallergenic milk. In a study found 47 percent of parents switch to the hypoallergenic milk based solely on their own beliefs without consulting your doctor. Based on the study by Berseth, concluded healthy infants and toddlers have the same tolerance to the usual bottle-feeding or hypoallergenic formula milk.
