So far, most people assume that the main cause of heart disorders such as hypertension, stroke and arterosklerosis is fat. Though not necessarily know, because not all fat is bad for the heart and blood vessels. there are so many different types of fat that actually very good effect on the heart and blood vessels. Good Fat

This type of fat found in many fried foods such as on a variety of fast food and margarine. Trans fats increase bad cholesterol (LDL) and lower good cholesterol (HDL) resulting in weaknesses in self-defense against heart disease.
* Saturated Fat (fat soluble). Though no less potent in trans fats increases the risk of heart problems, there is lots of fatty meat and foods that are meat-based accelerated plaque formation in blood vessels dilate when this plaque would lead to increased blood pressure.
