Breast pain (mastalgia) is a common thing. Approximately 70% of women will experience it at some point in their lives. And the pain in the breast is most severe medical problem for doctors and patients.

Begin your search for information from as much about the pain. When you decide to go to a doctor, would be very helpful if you could explain whether this pain keep you experience. Because it is often associated with hormonal changes or liquid storage at the time you’re menstruating or direct pressure on the nerves of the neck or chest.

Another factor that can cause disease in the breast is the birth control pills, hormone replacement therapy, weight gain, and BH is not in accordance with the breast. Women who experience pain in the breast after breastfeeding, it is advisable to speak to a doctor or consultant.

Some women feel sick because of water retention, and not related to menstrual periods. This observation led the researchers to find the cause of the environment or nutrition, but have not found clear answers. Maybe someday, we can find women who lack certain vitamins and is associated with diseases of the breast, but until now there is no evidence that there are vitamins that can be overcome. But many also say that their pain reduced by taking Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1, and Vitamin E.

The second hypothesis, called the “hypothesis methylxanthine” emphasizes that caffeine, a methylxanthine found in coffee, tea, cocoa, and cola may be associated with water retention, cell proliferation, and ultimately pain in the breast. (Methylxanthine also found in some asthma medications) Although this is a plausible mechanism, trials conducted to some of the women given caffeine or placebo tablets in random order, stating no link between caffeine to feel the pain in the breast.

Some women say that by wearing a good bra, like a sports bra, even at night to help reduce pain. There is also a reduced entry of sodium, reduced eating fatty foods, eat birth control pills, and weight loss.

A clinic in Cardiff, Wales, found that by using evening primrose oil (a natural form of gamolenic acid) can relieve pain around 44-58 percent of women who experience it. Evening primrose oil can be purchased at health food stores, each capsule contains 500mg. It is recommended to drink two times six capsules daily. Take a few moments before the impact of evening primrose oil can be felt, and it is recommended to do a trial period of four months. If after four months of reduced pain, continue the use of one to two months and beyond. This method is not recommended if you’re in the pregnancy because it can cause miscarriage.

Another option is medication over-the-counter pain. Normally, you are encouraged to talk to your doctor about prescription medications more effective, but also prone to side effects. Two drugs that are often used to cope with pain in the breast is Parlodel (bromocriptine) and Danocrine (danazol).

In a double-blind trial placebo-controlled randomized, Parlodel lowering prolactin levels and certainly effective in reducing pain in the breast that are repetitive. Side effects include dizziness, abdominal pain, headache, fatigue, vomiting, and constipation. You can reduce the likelihood of these side effects ranging from a low dose, then add a dose, and the end use of low doses of the most appropriate for you. Parlodel is not advisable to consume if you’re using birth control pills.

Treatment to cope with pain by using steroids, Danocrine, effective in reducing pain in the breast. Very effective at low doses, such as 100mg per day. The side effects are found in most women who consumed high doses (600-800mg/hari) is as increasing breast size, heavier sound, guttural, raspy throat, weight gain, bloating and swelling, sweating, vaginal dryness, burning, itching -itching, bleeding, depression, irritability, and changes in menstrual period. Danazol also can not be consumed if you’re using birth control pills, are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Drug tamoxifen, a hormonal treatment for breast cancer, also proved effective in reducing pain in the breast. Dosage is 10mg/hari. Usually provided for experiments during three months, it is recommended to continue the use if the pain is still felt after stop taking taxomifen.
If not found a fundamental cause of pain in the breast, and if there is pain in certain areas of the breast, a local anesthetic injection can be done even with steroids, if necessary.

It is not easy to do research on pain in the breast, because the pain often goes away by itself. Many women experience pain very once in his life. Usually lasts for a few months ago reduced and just disappear. Therefore, the doctor will ask how long have you experienced these symptoms and will not prescribe pain medication until you have up to three months or more.

I experience pain, bleeding from the left breast and found a lump under the nipple. Is this a sign my breast cancer?

To stop the bleeding of the nipple is troubling, and this should you check with your doctor. But this is not really an emergency.
Rather than go to a doctor in the disease, you should visit a specialist breast. An expert in dealing with breast disease. Depending on the form of a lump, breast disease specialist can perform ductogram, procedures by which a substance is inserted through the tubes and x-ray done on these vessels. Ductogram allows the surgeon to recognize the part where the issue of blood vessels and to determine whether there are obstructive vessels. (Imagine if a rusty pipe inside and unobstructed. When the rust is off and out of the end of the pipe, the water that comes out looks cloudy). Ductogram should be done in breast imaging centers that have been experienced. In some cases, ductogram may be unnecessary. Especially there jka lumps, bumps and even a covered vessel.

Cessation of bleeding may occur because of intraductal papilloma or tumor vessels within the area where you feel a lump under your nipple. This is usually referred to as spontaneous bloody nipple discharge. Sometimes occurred that resulted in the dismissal of pre-cancerous conditions or ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). But this rarely happens. Only 4% of spontaneous bloody nipple discharge is found associated with breast cancer. However, it is important to check this is to see a doctor.

When you are pregnant, bloody nipple discharge do not need to worry about. Currently many of the growth of cells within the vessels and it is unusual to have bloody discharge. Also to be noted that smoking, hypertension, birth control pills, and tranquilizers can cause bleeding at the nipple because the things that stimulate prolactin, a hormone that affects the period of lactation. So if you smoke, drink a sedative, you must tell your doctor

Often women ignore the itching and discomfort due to the use of pads. Usually the reason, “Well, every month this week only. His name is the longer period, certainly it’s uncomfortable.” And may be he does have talent allergic or irritated. Only when severe, they went to the doctor.

Better, do not wait until severe, new to the doctor for consultation. Because getting worse, of course, the longer time required for treatment. If the cause allergies, your doctor will give medicine to overcome, and of course concerned to avoid the source of the allergy.

Although women are allergic and easily irritated pads are not numerous, this complaint can not be allowed and must be wary of the possible effects of cause. When the place was itchy and sore and scratched on left standing, could be wound arise there. In the long run, the wound left alone can be a source of infection. This is dangerous and can cause blackish marks.

The area around the genitals is an easy area moist and covered, if there are injuries and infections there and not getting caught, in the long run can cause a variety of more serious problems.

Cloth. Some women, who is allergic to sanitary napkins, choosing a way out by using a cloth folded. No problem, but, whatever his choice, he still had to consult in order to clear the causes of grievances known. Also, make sure that the fabric used has a good absorptive capacity, such as cotton.

Be sure also to wash the fabric must be absolutely clean. If dirt or detergent remaining continuously attached to the pubic area, it will create new problems. Besides, the use of cloth folded this will psychologically disturbing,’s discomfort for fear of blood through out, is not practical, and so on.

What is clear is prohibited fabric coated with translucent plastic so that no blood. The skin will be conditioned as ‘diperam’, and this could trigger irritation.

Prevention. In order not to allergy or irritation occurs while using the pads, there are some things you suggested, still more excellent way for a talented woman allergies, including:

Choose pads as safe as possible, ie that does not use deodorant.

Frequently changing pads. Try a day, change the bandage at least 2-3 times, or when no longer felt comfortable or wet, replace immediately.

Keep the area around sex organs is always dry during menstruation. Sweat and high humidity can also be a trigger irritation.

Changing the brand is also recommended if the dressing was not comfortable to wear. Not all brands as comfortable when used by different people.

When you have a complaint arise such as itching, pain, hot, flushed, the skin around the genitals, immediately consult a doctor. In the case of irritant contact dermatitis skin reddening limit can be seen clearly, and sometimes seems irritation, was on allergic contact dermatitis is not so visible limits.

And please note, irritant contact dermatitis can occur in all people, are allergic contact dermatitis can only occur in people who have allergies talented.

For couples newly married, pregnancy may be the most eagerly awaited, especially if the couple husband and wife were longing for baby presence in life.

But as a newly married couple, may still lay with the signs of pregnancy that are sometimes a sign that was ignored. There are some things that become common signs of pregnancy come.

Late menstrual

Menstruation experienced by women at least once a month. This menstrual periods vary in each woman; there is the 28-day menstrual period, there was a longer or even shorter. However, regardless of one’s long menstrual periods, in which there must be fertile period, culminating in the day-to-12 to 18.

If you do sexual intercourse during the fertile right, of course, will happen fertilization. Egg fertilization his wife by the husband’s sperm cells will result in a pregnancy, and this will stop menstruating. The delay in the arrival of menstruation or no menstruation for several months is often a sign of pregnancy.

If you experience it, get a pregnancy test done. Consult a doctor, because if there is delay or do not menstruate at all, but not pregnant, there may be abnormalities in the reproductive system.

Nausea

Some women feel morning sickness in early pregnancy, at least at three months (trimester) first. This sickness is thought to be nature’s way to protect the prospective mother and the fetus from toxins that may be contained in the food you eat the mother. Usually this is accompanied by a high appetite too, but after eating again thrown.

Ways to prevent nausea is exaggerated by always providing a snack crackers. Do not forget to also drink plenty of water.

Frequent urination

Once occupied by the fetal uterus of the baby, the mother’s body will experience hormonal changes. With filled uterus by the fetus, the uterus will grow automatically as the development of the fetus. This enlargement of the uterus will put pressure on the bladder causing the bladder as quickly feels full.

So, if the mother is often wake up at night to urinate, it is one sign of pregnancy. If found positive, begin to regulate urination schedule taking into account the distance to the bathroom and pee time, because the greater the pregnancy will be more frequent urination.

Pain in the breast

Pregnant women will experience hormonal changes in her body, that’s why even the breast area will experience some changes. With the development of hormones of lactation, the mother will experience changes in breast shape.

Breasts become more sensitive, slightly larger and softer. Milk glands in the breasts larger and more blood flows into the breast, causing the fruit often painful breasts. To reduce pain, may be compressing cotton sprinkled with cold water.

Tired

The process of pregnancy is a process of growth of the fetus in her womb. Although not visible, but there are ‘activities’ in the mother’s body which causes the mother quickly got tired. This is because the mother’s body there is now ‘additional burden’. That fatigue can be so great that the mother really feel ‘lazy’ to do any activities. This is caused by hormonal changes on the way to 9-month pregnancy.

But, you know guns, a pregnant woman who was resting was working as hard as someone who’s run a marathon?

Emotional changes

As a result of hormonal changes, emotional stability was also affected. A pregnant woman generally experience up and down emotionally, causing her mother often ’sensitive’ and ‘easy to explode’. So, if there was a young mother who had suddenly calm often grumpy, maybe that’s one sign of the presence of pregnancy

Actually you need not worry if your period was late. Menstrual cycle (period) which is considered a regular 28 days, but can not be denied that this cycle can vary for each person, but of course there is the normal range, ie 24 to 35 days. If the information you mentioned, it means that your menstrual cycle usually run 30 to 31 days, it is still good because it is still within the normal range.

Variations advent of menstruation in women, which we mentioned earlier, occurred because of differences in the levels of the hormone estrogen (sex hormone) produced by each woman’s body. Therefore menstrual cycle is due to the influence of estrogen hormones work, so if the production of the hormones estrogen or less, then the menstrual cycle could be longer. Likewise with the other hand, if the production of this hormone excess, then the cycle is getting faster.

Psychological condition of the body and plays an important role in the production of the hormones estrogen and labor, and their effect on go faster or slow the menstrual cycle can vary for each individual. Therefore, do not be surprised if a woman’s menstrual cycle can vary.
Well, now, think carefully, whether you lately too tired, if there is a complex problem or the job is not right? As we mentioned above, the physical and mental fatigue can affect the menstrual cycle.

You need to calm yourself, because it could be nothing really serious with this delay your period, your period may be late just more than usual this once.
You also should not be late in taking medication, do not get used to overcome all the things that are not “wrong” in our bodies with drugs.
If you are late coming months, and the drug as the only way out that you know, you should only drink it if that is what is recommended doctors … please do not be hasty …

Healthy lifestyles, both ends meet the need of rest for body and mind, reduce fatigue which can invite a sense of stress, and multiply eating foods containing vitamin E (such as bean sprouts) can help balance the body systems, and also help smooth the menstrual cycle for women.
Never make direct estrogen hormone therapy, because over time can cause cancer (such as the breast). Solve one problem with bringing a new problem that just is not true.

If it turns out your menstrual cycle too often late like this, then we recommend that you consult your doctor and ask for thorough examination of your uterus organs.

Signs and symptoms of early pregnancy: Things you may experience before beginning prenatal care
By Mayo Clinic staff

Are you pregnant? Real evidence can be seen in pregnancy tests. But you can expect – or hope – that you are pregnant, even before you menstruate late, if you experience one or more signs and symptoms of pregnancy. Here are the signs that can be seen in the first weeks after you become pregnant.

Breasts or nipples are sore, swollen
One of the physical changes experienced during pregnancy is a change in the breast. Your breasts will feel heavy, sore or painful when held. Or it can also feel more full and more severe. In the first two weeks after the pregnancy begins, your breasts begin to grow and change as

preparation for producing milk. The main cause of this change is the increased production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Changes in your breasts will be seen more clearly when you are pregnant for the first time.

Fatigue
Many women who feel drained during pregnancy, especially in the early days. This may be a natural way to persuade expectant mothers to take more time to sleep, in preparation for the nights where he could not sleep in the days to come. But There is also a physical reason for this fatigue.
In the first weeks of pregnancy, your body works very hard – pumping hormones and producing more blood to carry nutrients to your fetus. To accommodate this increased blood flow, your heart pumps harder and faster. In addition, the hormone progesterone which is a natural depressant of the central nervous system, so the amount of this hormone in the many causes you to feel sleepy. As tambahahan, the possibility of pregnancy can cause feelings of worry that can absorb your energy and cause sleepless nights.
Fleck of blood or abdominal pain
Some have spots or a little bleeding during early pregnancy, around 10 or 14 days after conception. Known as bleeding due to implantation, which occurs when cells that have been fertilized egg attach itself to the uterine wall. Such bleeding usually occurs earlier, fewer and lighter color than the usual blood came out at the time of menstruation, and the only briefly.

There is also experiencing abdominal pain or cramping early in pregnancy when the uterus begins to enlarge. The pain was just like pain during menstruation.

Nausea with or without vomiting
Morning sickness is the classic signs of early pregnancy. Most of nausea began to feel around the fourth to eighth week of pregnancy, but vomiting may begin on the first two weeks after the pregnancy.

Although nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is commonly known by the name of morning sickness – vomiting in the early days, but in fact can occur at any time. Apparently this occurs because the drastic increase in estrogen levels produced by the placenta and fetus. This hormone causes the emptying of the intestines move more slowly, which could be causing this problem. Pregnant women are also known to be more sensitive to smell, so various kinds of smells – like the smell of cooking, coffee, perfume or the smell of cigarette ASAP – can trigger nausea.

Do not like or want to eat a certain food
Turn your nose from a particular food is usually the first signs that you are pregnant. Even the smell of certain foods can cause nausea in early pregnancy. One study says that pregnant women usually do not like the smell of coffee in the early weeks of pregnancy. Meat, dairy products containing sharp and spicy food is the object that usually most unpopular at the time of pregnancy.

One specific food cravings are also common. Like other symptoms of pregnancy, the desire to eat certain foods can be caused by hormonal changes. Pregnant women usually experience changes in appetite, especially in the first half, as a result of hormonal changes is still very strong.

Frequent urination
Many pregnant women who feel that they become more frequent trips to the toilet than usual. In the first trimester of pregnancy, this is because the enlarged uterus pressing toward your bladder.

Headache
If you are pregnant, you may interfere with your frequent mild headaches. In early pregnancy, headaches may be caused by increased blood circulation caused by hormonal changes.

Constipation
Constipation or difficult bowel movements is one early indicator of pregnancy. Increasing the amount of progesterone hormone cause slow digestion, so food can enter more slowly into the digestive tract, which can lead to constipation.

Mood changes
You are not the kind of woman who is sensitive – so why could cry to see Hallmark commercials? The flood of hormones in your body in early pregnancy can cause you tremendous emotional and weepy. Changes in mood, from happy to sad, too common, especially in the first trimester.

Feeling dizzy and floating
Feeling dizzy and floating common in pregnant women. This sensation is usually the result of changes in the circulation when blood vessels in your body dilate and your blood pressure decreases. In early pregnancy, dizziness can also be caused by low blood sugar.

Basal body temperature increases
Your BBT is the temperature taken orally when you first wake up in the morning. This temperature will be slightly increased after ovulation and stay at that level until you get the next menstruation. If you frequently record your BBT to determine when you ovulate, you will see that the increase during the two weeks leibh means you are experiencing pregnancy. In fact, basal body temperature will remain high during your pregnancy.

Are you really pregnant?
Unfortunately the signs and symptoms early on not only dedicated to indicate a pregnancy. There are some that indicate that you are sick or your menstrual period will soon begin. And, conversely, you could be pregnant without experiencing symptoms as above.

However, it would be nice if you see one of the signs are there on the list above, immediately do a home pregnancy test, especially if you do not record your menstrual cycle or if your cycles are always shifting away from one month to the next. Also do not forget to keep yourself well. Who knows you really are bodied two.

It’s been four months of birth, Anggi never menstruate. He had thought that the delay was due to menstruation she is still breastfeeding her child. Fearing something happens, Anggi went to the doctor. Anggi surprise, when doctors said he suffered from endometrial hyperplasia or thickening of the uterine wall which was completely unrelated to nursing.

How to watch the symptoms!

Symptoms of endometrial hyperplasia is usually begins with menstrual cycle is irregular, sometimes even menstruation did not come in a long time. Menstruation can also occur constantly and lots of blood volume. In addition, endometrial hyperplasia patients often find blood stains in underwear. If allowed to drag on will appear headache disorders, easily tired, and was not excited at the move. The most severe impact, but difficult to get pregnant, the endometrial hyperplasia patients had severe anemia. Husband-wife relationship was disrupted because the bleeding would not stop.

Thickening of the uterine lining can occur because of increased levels of the hormone estrogen. The increase was triggered by the growth of estrogen cyst. In other cases, thickening of the uterine wall also occur due to hormonal imbalance, when the increase in the hormone estrogen was offset by an increase in progesterone.

This condition is also typically experienced by a woman who was fat because of excessive estrogen production. Endometrial hyperplasia anyone can experience, both women who have given birth or not.

What actions the doctor?

The occurrence of thickening of the uterine lining can usually only known by a doctor after an ultrasound examination (USG). However, to ensure that necessary kuratase.

Results kuratase uterus will be sent to the anatomical pathology to diagnose.

Based on medical studies, thickening of the uterine wall is divided into 3 categories:
1. Simplek. Patients with this condition do not have to worry too much because of relatively mild hyperplasia simplek and will end with a malignancy, so people can still get pregnant.
2. Cystic. Like simplek, this case was harmless.
3. Atypical. This one condition must be wary of. Atypical tends to be the forerunners of cancer.

Treatment that can be implemented is:
1. Kuratase actions other than for diagnosis as well as therapy to stop the bleeding.
2. Hormone therapy to balance hormone levels in the body. But keep in mind the possible side effects that can occur, including nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and others. The average after hormonal therapy approximately 3-4 months, thickening of the uterine wall disruption can be overcome.
3. If he lived hormonal treatment also produced no improvement, therapy will be continued with other drugs.

Hormones are substances released into the bloodstream from a gland in the endocrine system which affects the activity of body cells that control organ functions as a whole (to control growth and development, sexual characteristics, affect the body in the use and storage of energy and controlling the volume of liquid, water and salt levels in the blood). Hormones in very small amounts can trigger the body’s response is very broad. Hormones serve as messengers to coordinate the activities of various organs of the body. Hormones circulating through the bloodstream and body to communicate with the entire body to regulate and maintain homeostasis (balance / stability) in the body via a feedback system that varies from internal biochemical balance of the body to deal with change

Decreased hormone levels in men and women with age. Lack of testosterone can result in the occurrence of erectile dysfunction. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menstrual cycle irregularities, Peri-menopause syndrome, etc. due to hormonal imbalance. When headaches during menstruation, may be a sign that hormones are not balanced anymore and hormones send the signal to the glands to try to overcome this (Excerpted from: maca, adaptogens & Hormonal Regulator, Beth M. Ley, Ph.D).

Hormone imbalance can be caused by internal factors (hormonal cycle, genetic disorders, the growth of tumors in the gland, age, etc.) and external (outside the entrance of hormones from the body, either intentionally, for example: the consumption of tablets / creams / injections of hormones, whether or not intentionally, for example: dietary deficiency, pesticide contamination, the modern animal husbandry products, plastic products, carpets, drug use steroid groups, the condition of stress, unhealthy lifestyle and so forth.
Hormonal imbalance will result in the emergence of a variety of health problems such as: menopause, testosterone deficiency in men, erectile dysfunction, lack fertility in men and women, thyroid gland disorders / mumps, hiperandrogen, including a number of problems around menstruation, and so forth.

SOME PROBLEMS RESULTING IN MENSTRUAL Imbalance HORMONE
Menstruation (period) / period / coming months is the bleeding that occurs repeatedly every month (except during pregnancy), occurs in the uterus of a woman because of the decay process of the uterine lining (endometrium). The menstrual cycle is a complex form of balance between body, mind and emotions. Regulated by hormones and the moon – your menstruation cycle can be a source of overall health (helping you to balance your body and emotions and act as a compass for your life) or the source of major discomfort and pain when the hormones that regulate menstrual function that in unequal conditions.

A number of menstrual disorders caused by hormonal imbalance include: premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), irregular menstrual cycles, the volume (too much / little) and the duration (too long / short) abnormal bleeding and other forth.

Premenstrual syndrome ( PMS)
PMS is the physical symptoms, psychological (emotional) and behavior that often occurs in a woman’s menstrual cycle, ie 7 – 14 days before menstruation and will be lost as they start menstruating. PMS generally occurs in women age 14 – 50 years with various symptoms and changes in each woman from month to month. At least 85% of menstruating women experience at least 1 of PMS symptoms (American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist). There were identified 180 common symptoms of PMS which includes physical and psychological symptoms, but the most frequently reported are:

Physical symptoms

Psychic Symptoms and Behavior

    * Headaches / Migraine
* Breast pain / swollen / hard
* Tired / tired / lethargic (Fatigue)
* Disturbed sleep (Insomnia)
* Stomach cramps / bloating
* Diarrhea / constipation
* Headache
* Joint or muscle weakness / weak
* Backache
* Incurred acne
* Cramping of the bladder
* Swelling of legs and knees
* Limbs leg / knee to swell
* Weight loss rises
* Change of appetite, increased appetite (especially for sweet foods, salty) or decrease
* Easily hurt / anger, mood changes
* Crying a sudden
* Changes libido
* Concentration and memory decline
* Anxiety, depression, aggressive

Causes of PMS
The exact cause of this syndrome’s appearance is unclear, but hormonal factors in women who viewed the body most responsible for the occurrence of PMS. PMS is the result of defective ovulation process caused hormone imbalance. There are several theories about the cause of PMS, including:

    * Hormonal factors, namely the imbalance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone.
* Estrogen Dominant (excessive estrogen hormone) that apart from internal factors also could because xenoestrogen – estrogen that comes out of the body such as the modern farm products, pesticides, plastics, carpets, etc. (Dr. John R. Lee, MD).
* Another theory states that based on the research, the response due to the way PMS estrogen and progesterone (hormones of menstruation) interact with brain chemicals (serotonin)
* Genetic differences in sensitivity of receptors and messenger systems that deliver the sex hormone expenditure in the cell. Another possibility, is associated with disturbances feelings, psychological factors, social problems, or serotonin function experienced by patients.
* Dealing with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels are abnormal / Hypothyroid)
* Dealing with pituitary hormones, prostagalandin, and neurotransmitters in the brain
* Because of lack of intake of vitamin B, calcium and magnesium

Risk-enhancing factors PMS

    * Women who have given birth (PMS more weight after giving birth some children, especially if he has experienced a pregnancy with complications such as toksima)
* Marital status (married women have PMS more than that yet)
* Age (STDs more frequently and interfere with age, especially between the ages of 30 to 45 years)
* Stress
* Too much consumption of sugar, salt, coffee, tea, chocolate, soft drinks, dairy products and processed foods
* Lack of nutrients vitamin B (especially B6), vitamin E, vitamin C, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, linoleic fatty acids.
* The habit of smoking and drinking alcohol
* Lack of exercise and physical activity
* Obesity

Source: (Summary On the Net, Dr. Elvina Karyadi, MSc, Nutritionist Comunity, SEAMEO TROPMED UI)

PMDD (premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)
Psychological symptoms of PMDD is a more extreme form of PMS, such as the deep sadness felt during PMS even get up the desire to commit suicide. PMDD occurs anywhere in the 3% – 9% of women. “This is a real biological condition in which women who experience it requires special treatment that is effective,”-Jean Endicott, PhD, Director of premenstrual Evaluation Section at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center

Dysmenorrhea
Dysmenorrhea is pain / cramps that occur at 24 hours before the bleeding period and can be felt for 24 to 36 hours. Dysmenorrhea is divided into 2 types:

   1. Primary dysmenorrhea / Menstrual Pain Primer
The cause was uterine contractions because of increased hormone prostaglandin
2. Dysmenorrhea Skunder / Skunder Menstrual Pain
The cause is abnormalities such as endometriosis pregnancy, inflammatory disease in the pubic area cavities, inflammation of the fallopian tube, abnormal perlengketan between organs in the abdomen, the use of IUD

POLIMENORE
Hemorrhage Polimenore is roughly the same or more than normal volume of menstrual bleeding with menstrual cycle length is less than 21 days per cycle. The cause is a hormonal disorder causing interference with the process of ovulation or a shortened luteal phase of menstrual cycle, the dam of the ovary caused by the inflammation / infection, endometriosis

OLIGOMENORE
Bleeding volume Oligomenore is less than normal volume of menstrual bleeding with menstrual cycle length of more than 35 days per cycle.

Amenorrhea
Amenorrhea is the cessation of / no occurrence of menstrual bleeding, at least 3 months in a row with the menstrual cycle menstrual cycle extends from the classical (oligomenorea).

HIPERMENORE
Is the Hipermenore menstrual bleeding too much and lasted longer than normal (more than 8 days). The cause is a tumor of the uterus (uterine uteri), uterine contraction disorders, endometrial polyps uteri, disorders of the endometrium lining uteri release at the time of menstrual bleeding

HIPOMENORE
Is Hipomenore menstrual bleeding less than usual, but it does not interfere with fertilitasnya. The reason is hormonal endocrine disorders and disorders of the uterus
